Across major developments, retail portfolios, hospitality, F&B, aviation and complex construction environments, Mark Holmans and Scott Strader have worked on both sides of the landlord, developer, tenant and project-delivery relationship.

That experience shapes every StradHolm product. Rather than starting with technology and looking for a problem, StradHolm starts with established industry workflows, governance requirements and delivery pain points — and uses technology and AI to make them faster, more consistent and more transparent.

Co-Founder | Project, Development & Delivery

Mark is a senior project and development management professional with more than 30 years of experience across 1,300+ projects and major capital programmes spanning retail, F&B, hospitality, aviation, commercial, mixed-use and high-end residential environments. His experience across client, developer, consultancy and delivery organisations gives StradHolm a practical understanding of the entire project lifecycle — from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. At StradHolm, Mark translates that experience into structured project controls, risk, compliance and AI-enabled workflows that provide decision-useful information rather than simply digitising administration.

Scott Strader

Co-Founder | Retail Development & Delivery

Scott is an international retail development and delivery professional whose experience spans landlord, developer and retailer environments. He has worked across major retail portfolios and developments, coordinating the commercial, design and delivery requirements required to take tenants from agreement through fit-out and successful opening. At StradHolm, Scott brings the landlord and retail-delivery perspective into the company's technology and operating methodologies, ensuring UnifyRetail OS reflects the realities of managing multiple tenants, submissions, stakeholders and assets at portfolio scale.
