Integration and interoperability layer

Connect StradHolm intelligence to the enterprise systems you already run.

IntelliBridge is the integration layer between client systems and StradHolm intelligence. It handles authentication, payload validation, field mapping, event delivery and the structured return of findings and analysis.

It is how UnifyReviewLite is delivered, and how future UnifyOS modules connect to client-owned platforms without asking anyone to abandon their system of record.

The architecture

Client systems in. Governed intelligence back.

IntelliBridge sits between the platforms clients already run and the intelligence modules inside UnifyOS. Nobody has to replace their system of record.

API workflow

How an event travels through IntelliBridge.

Five stages, from an event raised in the client's own platform to a validated, auditable decision recorded back in it.

  1. 01

Event raised in the client system

A drawing package, fit-out submission, RFI or design change is logged in RealCube, Aconex, Procore or a client-owned PMIS. The platform fires a webhook to IntelliBridge with the record reference and document links.

    POST /api/public/webhooks/{source} — HMAC-SHA256 signed payload

  2. 02

    Authenticate, verify and map

IntelliBridge verifies the signature, rejects replayed or malformed events, then maps the client's project, asset, unit, tenant and discipline fields onto the UnifyOS data model using the tenant's configured mapping profile.

Signature verification · idempotency key · field mapping profile

  3. 03

Route to the right intelligence module

The event is routed to UnifyReview for compliance and design review, UnifyRetail OS for lease-to-trade obligations, or UnifyProjectVision for programme, risk and commercial analysis — with the client-specific rule pack applied.

Rule-pack routing · severity model · sandbox or production

  4. 04

    Findings returned as structured data

Findings come back as evidence-linked JSON: item, discipline, severity, referenced standard or lease clause, drawing location and recommended action — written into the client system as comments, review items or status changes.

Status callback · structured findings payload · attachment links

  5. 05

    Human validation and audit trail

Authorised reviewers accept, amend or reject each finding in whichever system they already work in. Every event, retry and decision is logged, so the approval record stands up to audit.

Integration logs · retry history · full traceability

Connectors

The client systems IntelliBridge is built around.

Each connector defines what comes in from the client platform and what UnifyOS returns to it.

Asset, property and community operations

RealCube

Connects landlord and community operations data — assets, units, tenants and fit-out cases — to UnifyReview and UnifyRetail OS, so submissions are reviewed against the lease and the landlord standard that actually applies to that unit.

Into UnifyOS

  • Fit-out or design submission created or revised
  • Unit, tenant and lease reference data
  • NOC and approval request events

Back to your system

  • Evidence-linked review findings against the unit record
  • Compliance status and severity summary
  • Approval-readiness flag for the landlord reviewer

Document control and project correspondence

Oracle Aconex

Uses Aconex as the system of record for controlled documents and correspondence. IntelliBridge picks up transmittals and drawing packages, returns structured review comments, and leaves the controlled document trail intact.

Into UnifyOS

  • Transmittal or document package issued for review
  • Drawing and specification revisions
  • RFI and correspondence threads

Back to your system

  • Review comments mapped to document and revision
  • Discipline and severity breakdown
  • Closure and status callbacks

Construction management and field delivery

Procore

Connects construction-stage delivery. Submittals, drawings and observations flow into UnifyOS; findings return as Procore items so site teams act on them in the tool they already use daily.

Into UnifyOS

  • Submittal and drawing revisions
  • Observations, punch items and inspections
  • Change events and programme updates

Back to your system

  • Findings written back as observations or submittal comments
  • Risk and delay signals for UnifyProjectVision
  • Handover and readiness reporting

Client-owned PMIS, ERP, DMS and Microsoft 365

Generic webhook connector

For platforms without a named connector, IntelliBridge exposes a signed REST and webhook interface. Any system that can post an event and receive a callback can use UnifyOS intelligence without a bespoke build.

Into UnifyOS

  • Any document, submission or milestone event
  • Reference data for projects, assets and parties
  • Scheduled batch submissions

Back to your system

  • Structured findings payload
  • Status and completion callbacks
  • Integration logs for reconciliation

Capabilities

What the layer provides

  • Secure REST API and signed webhooks
  • Configurable event triggers and status callbacks
  • Field mapping onto client project, asset, unit and tenant models
  • Idempotency, retry and failed-event handling
  • Circuit-breaker and cooldown logic
  • Integration logs and full traceability
  • Sandbox and production environments
  • Client-specific rule-pack routing

What we need to connect you

  • A named integration owner on the client side with administrative access to the source platform.
  • API credentials or a service account in the client platform, scoped to the projects in question.
  • A shared webhook signing secret, issued per environment and rotated on request.
  • An agreed field mapping profile for projects, assets, units, tenants and disciplines.
  • The applicable rule pack — landlord standards, lease templates, authority requirements — loaded into UnifyOS.
  • Sandbox sign-off before production events are enabled.

Security and traceability

Every inbound event is signed with HMAC-SHA256 against a per-environment secret and rejected if the signature, timestamp or payload shape fails validation. Duplicate events are collapsed by idempotency key, failures are retried with backoff, and repeated failures trip a circuit breaker rather than flooding your platform.

Sandbox and production run as separate environments with separate credentials, so an integration can be proven before a single live submission is touched.

AI findings remain assistive. Landlord, authority and project approvals stay with your authorised decision-makers.

Named platforms indicate systems StradHolm is designed to integrate with, not confirmed commercial partnerships.
