UnifyOS module · Programme & project intelligence

See project problems before they become project outcomes.

UnifyProjectVision is a standalone project-management intelligence platform that analyses project programmes and control data to identify emerging delay, sequencing, resource, procurement and cost risks earlier.

It gives project managers a clearer view of what is changing, what is likely to go wrong, why it matters and what the potential programme and financial impact may be.

UnifyProjectVision is a UnifyOS module for programme and project intelligence. It does not perform landlord or authority compliance review — that sits with UnifyReview — and it does not replace the project manager, planner, quantity surveyor or contract administrator.

Where it applies

Single projects, multi-project developers and PMOs.

Single major project

One development, one baseline, one accountable board. The platform tests programme logic, tracks movement against the baseline and raises early warnings before slippage becomes a claim.

Multi-project developers

Several projects at different stages, competing for the same procurement, design and approval resources. Comparable health scoring across projects shows where management attention is actually needed.

Consultancies and PMOs

Project managers acting for clients across a portfolio, needing consistent controls, consistent reporting and a defensible evidence trail behind every early-warning notice issued.

What it reads

Programme, controls and commercial data in one model.

Nothing needs re-keying. The platform works from the files project teams already produce.

Programme data

Microsoft Project files, Primavera P6 exports, and Excel or CSV programme extracts, including baseline, previous and current versions.

Project controls data

Milestone trackers, procurement and long-lead registers, submittal and approval logs, risk registers and change registers.

Commercial data

Package values, preliminaries rates, payment schedules and contractual milestone dates, used only for forecast exposure.

Delivery correspondence

Design releases, RFIs, site instructions and authority or landlord approval records that drive programme dependencies.

How it works

From programme file to validated decision.

Six stages, each producing evidence a project manager, planner or commercial manager can interrogate.

  1. 01

    Programme and controls ingested

Baseline, previous and current programmes are imported alongside procurement, approval and change data. Activities, milestones, dependencies and critical paths are mapped into a single structured model.

  2. 02

    Logic and movement tested

The platform compares versions, measures float consumption and critical-path movement, and tests programme logic for open ends, excessive lags and unrealistic constraints.

  3. 03

    Early warnings generated

Emerging delay, sequencing, procurement, design-release and approval risks are raised as prioritised early-warning notices, each linked to the activities and records that triggered them.

  4. 04

    Financial exposure forecast

Programme events are connected to prolongation, preliminaries, liquidated-damages and escalation exposure, with assumptions and confidence levels recorded and confirmed cost kept separate from forecast.

  5. 05

    Mitigation modelled and validated

Recovery and resequencing options are modelled side by side. The project manager, planner and commercial manager validate the analysis, select the intervention and own the decision.

  6. 06

    Reported and tracked

Executive summaries, early-warning reports, programme comparisons and decision registers are issued, then tracked to show whether the chosen interventions are improving the forecast.

Early warnings

The four risk patterns it watches continuously.

Each warning is linked back to the activities, packages and records that triggered it.

Delay and float erosion

Critical and near-critical activities losing float faster than elapsed time, milestone dates drifting version on version, and completion forecasts widening rather than tightening.

Sequencing and logic weakness

Open ends, excessive lags, unrealistic constraints and dependency chains that only work if nothing goes wrong — flagged before the programme is relied on for a commitment.

Procurement and long-lead exposure

Packages not yet awarded against the date they are needed on site, long-lead items with no confirmed delivery, and price-escalation exposure created by late award.

Approval and information dependency

Authority and landlord approvals, design releases and RFI responses sitting on the critical path, with ageing measured against the response times the programme assumes.

Financial intelligence

What a programme movement is likely to cost.

Forecast exposure, with assumptions and confidence stated — never presented as a certified valuation or a contractual determination.

Prolongation exposure

Forecast time-related cost of the current slippage, with the preliminaries basis and the assumed extended period stated openly.

Liquidated damages risk

Where the forecast completion range crosses a contractual date, the resulting exposure is quantified and kept visible to the board.

Acceleration options

The cost of recovering time modelled against the cost of not recovering it, so mitigation is a commercial decision rather than an instinct.

Confirmed versus forecast

Committed cost and forecast exposure are never merged. Every forecast carries its assumptions and a confidence level for the commercial manager to validate.

Reporting cadence

What lands, and when.

  1. On every programme update

Version comparison, logic testing, critical-path movement and milestone confidence re-run when a new programme version is loaded.

  2. Weekly

Prioritised early-warning register, ageing of open approvals and information requests, and the decisions the project needs from the client.

  3. Monthly

Executive project report, forecast completion range, financial exposure summary and the tracked effect of the mitigations already chosen.

  4. At stage gates

Recovery-plan assessment, baseline change review and a documented record of what was known and decided at the gate.

Roadmap

Where programme intelligence extends next.

These are roadmap positions inside UnifyOS — in design, not available today, with no dates committed.

Handover

Closing projects on evidence, so the programme's final position and the handover record are the same record.

Asset intelligence

Delivery performance data feeding portfolio and investment decisions across every project and asset.

Integration

Works with the systems you already run.

UnifyProjectVision connects through IntelliBridge, so programmes, procurement data and approval records can flow from the client's existing PMIS, ERP or document system, and early warnings, forecasts and decision registers return into it.

Decision support, not determination

UnifyProjectVision does not replace the project manager, planner, quantity surveyor or contract administrator. It gives them earlier, better-structured intelligence so they can intervene before a manageable issue becomes a delay, claim or cost overrun.

Financial outputs are decision support and forecast intelligence. They are not certified valuations or final contractual determinations.
