Planned UnifyOS module · Handover & completion intelligence

Close projects on evidence, not on assurances.

Handover is where delivery risk concentrates: snag lists, statutory certificates, testing and commissioning records, warranties, O&M documentation and as-built information all land at once, usually against a fixed opening or occupation date.

The planned handover module tracks completion evidence as a structured set of requirements per unit, asset and system, so readiness is measured against what has actually been supplied and verified.

In design — informed by live retail and mixed-use handovers

These modules are roadmap positions within UnifyOS. They are in design or scoping, are not available today, and no delivery dates are committed. They are published so clients can see the direction of the platform and shape it — not to imply released functionality.

The problem

What goes wrong today.

  • Completion status reported by spreadsheet and confidence rather than evidence
  • Statutory certificates and test records chased at the last moment
  • Snags closed on a claim rather than on verified rectification
  • O&M and as-built information arriving incomplete after occupation
  • No reliable readiness picture across many units handing over at once

The intent

What the module is designed to do.

  • Define completion requirements per unit, asset and building system
  • Track certificates, test records, warranties and as-builts against those requirements
  • Score readiness for occupation, trading or beneficial use
  • Manage snag and defect close-out with evidence of rectification
  • Flag statutory and authority items that gate occupation
  • Hand a complete, structured asset record to operations

Data it would work from

Records that already exist on your projects.

  • Snag and defect registers
  • Testing and commissioning records
  • Statutory and authority certificates
  • Warranties, O&M manuals and as-built drawings
  • Inspection and site-observation records

Inside UnifyOS

How it connects to the rest of the platform.

Every module shares the same governance, evidence and audit standards, so intelligence carries forward instead of being rebuilt.

UnifyRetail™ / UnifyRetail OS

Handover readiness feeds the opening-readiness view for each unit and the wider scheme.

UnifyProjectVision™

Completion evidence gaps surface as programme risk before they hit the occupation date.

Facilities management

The verified asset record becomes the operating baseline rather than a box of documents.

Client systems connect through IntelliBridge™, so this module would read from and write back to the platforms you already run.
